I’m Megan Kumming and I’m passionate about making the home buying and selling experience a smooth one. I strive to exceed all your expectations and make sure you are happy with the final result.
I grew up in Bogart, Ga (just a stone’s throw away from Athens, Ga), and have lived in Atlanta for nearly a decade now. I am proud to call Atlanta my home. My husband and I live in Dunwoody with our daughter Emerson and two dogs Roxy and Rusty. We are avid tennis players and also enjoy hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends.
Prior to moving to Atlanta, I went to Presbyterian College where I played Divison 1 collegiate tennis. As a lifelong athlete, you will see my competitive nature come through to find a win for you!
I received a master’s degree in Professional Counseling. I am trained to meet each individual or couple with honesty and dedication. Putting my agenda aside, your needs and wants will always come first.

I received a master’s degree in Professional Counseling. I began my career in real estate after successfully being a mental health therapist for years but having difficulty reconciling my competitive spirit with a lack of performance metrics as a clinician. My desire to help people was still paramount, so real estate is the perfect combination of achieving and helping.
In 2018, we had our first daughter and since then have had 3 more children. They are my WHY. All of my goals have direct impact on the type of mom that I want to be for them. Hard working, dedicated, empathetic, goal oriented, problem solving, and successful. What I bring to your transaction and our relationship is a level of dedication and determination that cannot be matched. In 2020, Alyssa Kreplin, joined my team as an agent , and since we have formed a partnership that allows us to serve our clients at the highest level.
